Tiger Recruitment is excited to assist an international and renowned company in the field of medical technology based in Biel/Bienne in the search for an experienced and highly qualified professional for the role of Human Resource Manager.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the team and contribute to its ongoing success.

Responsibilities

Coresponsible for monthly payroll processing including tax withholding calculations in a team of two, including management of the time management system
Main responsibility in the area of onboarding and offboarding of (new) employees, including drafting interim/employment references
Handling insurance claims for sickness, accidents, military service
Applicant management for all vacancies and taking over individual vacancies as a recruiter from A to Z Management of work permits for new and existing employees
Participation in the further development and optimisation of HR processes
Substitutions in the 4 to 5member HR team

Profile

Several years of experience in human resources HRspecific further education
Experience in payroll processing including corresponding tools, ideally Abacus
High level of initiative, problemsolving, and service orientation
Communicative, creative personality, enjoyment of working in a small team and contact with all stakeholders
Proficient in electronic media and MS Office products
Very good knowledge of German and English, additional languages are an advantage
