    Position:

    Are you a skilled senior trust officer seeking a fresh challenge? Join a boutique firm with high-quality work and excellent colleagues. Make a real difference in an independent business environment.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage and monitor a diverse client portfolio
    • Work closely with directors and other team members on setting up new structures
    • Engage with clients and their advisors to understand their needs
    • Coordinate with banks and investment managers on behalf of clients
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal obligations
    • Promote company services and identify new business opportunities
    • Adhere to compliance procedures and regulatory requirements

    Profile:

    • 6-10 years+ experience in trusts administration and client management
    • Relevant degree and STEP qualification required
    • Proficient in managing complex trust and corporate structures
    • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
    • Understanding of fiduciary responsibilities
    • Proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset
    • Ability to enhance work directives and procedures
    • Strong IT and computer skills
    • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or other languages a plus
