    Für unseren Hauptsitz in Agno, Südschweiz, suchen wir einen Marketing Manager

    Your main tasks

    • Festlegung von Kommunikationsstrategien auf internationaler Ebene
    • Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Forschung und Entwicklung sowie Vertrieb bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien für neue Produkte
    • Aufbau einer effizienten Beziehung zu Geschäftspartnern und Festlegung gemeinsamer Aktionen, um Mikron Tools Produkte und Technologien gemeinsam auf dem Markt, auf Messen, Open House Shows, Seminaren, Kundenveranstaltungen und vor der Presse zu präsentieren
    • Neue Märkte und neue Anwendungen mittels Marktforschungen zu erschließen.
    • Benchmarking und Festlegung von Verkaufspreisen für Standardwerkzeuge.
    • Ausstellungen, Pressekonferenzen, Pressemitteilungen, öffentliche Erklärungen und Testimonials
    • Festlegung von Veröffentlichungen und Werbung in Zeitschriften und Präsenz in sozialen Medien

    Your profile

    • Ausbildung zum/zur Marketingfachmann/-frau oder Masterabschluss in Marketing und Kommunikation. Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zerspanungstechnik oder Produktionstechnik ist empfehlenswert.
    • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch (unerlässlich). Italienisch, Französisch und Spanisch (empfehlenswert).
    • Systematisches und analytisches Mindset und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift zur Präsentation des Unternehmens, der Produkte und der Technologien.
    • Starke Führungsfähigkeit und Motivationsvermögen zur Anleitung der Teammitglieder.
    • Bereitschaft in alle aktiven Märkte des Unternehmens zu reisen.
