ER Services Sagl ricerca SALES MANAGER SETTORE VINICOLO per cliente del Ticino, azienda specializzata nella produzione e distribuzione di vini.

Responsabilità

• Responsabilità di tutte le attività di vendita in Svizzera;

• Identificazione e acquisizione di nuovi partner commerciali e clienti finali;

• Motivazione del team e impostazione degli obiettivi da raggiungere.

• Sviluppo della strategia di vendita e marketing;

• Pianificazione delle vendite basata su analisi del mercato, dei competitors e delle tendenze del settore;

• Scelta dei canali di vendita più appropriati in base al target;

• Controllo dell'andamento delle vendite;

• Guida del team di vendite;

• Valutazione delle performances di venditori e canali di vendita;

• Attività di sales reporting;

• Rappresenta l'azienda agli eventi di settore.

Requisiti

• Diploma di scuola superiore, universitaria o universitaria professionale nel ramo economico/commerciale e marketing;

• Esperienza significativa nella direzione di un team di vendita;

• Ottima rete di contatti nel settore food & beverage;

• Forte interesse per il settore vino;

• Eccellenti doti di leadership e di comunicazione e capacità negoziale;

• Capacità di lavorare in modo molto strategico, orientato ai numeri e all'ottimizzazione dei processi;

• Ottime conoscenze dell'italiano e del tedesco e buone conoscenze del francese e dell'inglese;

• Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione;

• Disponibilità a lavorare fuori ufficio e a girare la Svizzera;

• Domicilio in Svizzera.

Previsto inserimento a tempo indeterminato full time.
