On behalf of an important customer, we are looking for the following profile:

Technical Sales Manager - German and English speaking:

Tasks:

Achieve the personal and the sales team goals
Technical and commercial support and consultancy to clients inside a defined area in Switzerland (German speaking part)
Products portfolio presentation
Consult and propose technical solutions of the product portfolio to customers and representatives
Lead important customer projects and coordinate / collaborate with Technical Department and others inside the Company
Elaborating offers, receive and verify orders and coordinate internal activities with other departments
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Active use of CRM
Regular technical trainings and product presentations to representatives and/or customers
Collaborate with Sales Management team to define market trends, promotional activities and proposals, to continuous improvement of the sales process
Collaboration on the Maintenance and Improvement of the Company Quality System
Collaboration with Product Management to identify market trends and product requirements

Profile:

Academic education (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics)
35 years minimum experience in a technical sales position
German and english fluent
Good IT skills: SAP and other CRM
Flexibility to travel in Switzerland and abroad to visit customers and/or partners
Very good communication skills
Strong technical background
Proactive, goal oriented and team aptitude
Customer focus
