Key Account Manager (m/w/d) - Region Ostschweiz

Ihre Aufgaben

Betreuung bestehender Schlüsselkunden und Gewinnung neuer Kunden im technischen und kommerziellen Bereich
Vermarktung des Produktportfolios und umfassende Kundenberatung bezüglich technischer Lösungen und Projektmachbarkeit
Entwicklung und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
Erstellung von Angeboten mit Abstimmung technischer Details mit Kunden, Customer Service, Application Engineering und Sector Sales
Verfolgung von Umsatz-, Absatz- und Ertragszielen gemäß dem Business Plan auf Kundenebene
Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Analyse und Optimierung der Kundenzufriedenheit
Regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Pflege von CRM-Tools ̈

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
Begeisterung für Technologie gepaart mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Interesse
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb
Sales Drive, Beharrlichkeit, Flexibilität, lösungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
Teamfähigkeit
Wohnort idealerweise im Vertriebsgebiet
Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, gepaart mit Neugier und Bereitschaft zu hoher Reisetätigkeit
