- Unterstützung bei der Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Überprüfung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Verwaltung und Kontrolle der Prozesse zur Führung ordnungsgemässer Buchhaltungsunterlagen für das Anlagevermögen
- Unterstützung bei der ordnungsgemässen Berechnung und Verbuchung von Steuerverbindlichkeiten und -rückstellungen, einschliesslich der Erstellung oder Kontrolle von Mehrwertsteuer-, CIS- und anderen Steuererklärungen
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten
- Gewährleistung der Stellvertretung innerhalb des Teams
- Abgeschlossenes Finanzstudium in Buchhaltung oder Controlling
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung / Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Finanzindustrie oder in einer Immobilienbuchhaltung
- Vertraut mit IFRS / GAAP Abschlüssen
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse von MS-Office, speziell in Excel
- Exakte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Zahlenflair sowie Detailtreue
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
