Edwards Lifesciences is looking for TAVI Digital Marketing leader This role requires team leadership and management experience in order to build and lead a team of digital marketing professionals to deliver on the strategy to increase patient awareness, education and activation to seek diagnosis and treatment, HCP education and behavioural change enablement to refer for treatment.


The role also involves change management and transformation such as guiding the digital and wider marketing team in the adoption, development, execution, tracking and impact assessment of both broad-based and focused campaigns with the support of digital communication tools and technology.


Success requires creativity, resilience, agility and a data-driven analytics approach as well as the ability to forge partnerships with diverse and numerous international and cross-functional teams.

The Digital leader supports the Marketing leadership team with regards to strategic thinking on how to leverage multi-channel programs in Europe in order to support marketing objectives, in line with the strategic imperatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Plan and direct complex digital marketing activities with large scale or significant business impact with the accountability for successful completion of all deliverables.

Collaborate with cross functional and/or matrix teams for multiple concurrent major products, campaigns, launches, programs, and initiatives

Plan and lead a broad scope of digital marketing activities with significant business impact, with the accountability for successful completion of all deliverables.

Define digital marketing plan, optimize and adjust plan as per business dynamics, provide regular updates to peers and leadership team, ensure targets are met.

Identify new digital marketing opportunities and where relevant develop business cases for implementation, including the assessment of new budget and resources.

Orchestrate projects delivery that will requiring managing and overseeing the work of the team and external partners across functional scopes and/or locations.

Collaborate actively with cross functional partners for multiple concurrent products, campaigns, launches, programs, and initiatives - including Therapy Development, Portfolio Marketing, Economic Value, Evidence Marketing, Events.

Collaborate with Global marketing partners in order to ensure alignment between global plan and regional plan, as well as identify potential new opportunities for the region.

Collaborate with multiple external partners in order to provide direction with regards to project execution.

Direct line management responsibilities including a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies and the desired culture of the department.

Plan and manage digital marketing budget. Ensure budget optimization and adherence.
Collaborate with other business units and functions in order to identify potential synergies and joint opportunities


Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in in related field related experience in marketing and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Manager Required
Excellent track record and understanding of all digital channels, development and execution of complex digital marketing strategies
Strong understanding on how to develop a multi-channel plan combined with excellence in the digital execution of awareness campaigns
Solid track record of market / therapy development experience
People management experience with demonstrated ability to manage one or more teams and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including attracting, developing, and retaining talent and partnering with HR on all aspects of talent development
Fluent English, other language are a plus, especially French and German
Master of Business Administration preferred

Proven working experience in digital marketing
Proven experience in healthcare industry - preferably medical devices - either on client or agency side. Alternatively, strong experience in complex B2B environment.

Drive for results and advanced leaderships skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
High result orientation combined with strong project management skills
Highly creative with ability to think out of box
