Beschreibung

Be the strategic partner and provide high-quality health economic and outcomes research analyses and associated activities in evidence generation; synthesize and adapt other data as required to build the value propositions of Edwards's products; support the generation and processing of new data to answer specific questions generated by the Business Units teams.

Develop HEOR strategies and managing projects for multiple products as part of the Public Affairs Team


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop generation projects and activities related to economic value including costeffectiveness modelling, budget impact model, and economic value from an hospital perspective of Edwards products in assigned region with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables
  • Develop and prepare abstracts, posters, presentations and manuscripts as required to support the communication of evidence
  • Align data generations at local level to secure effectiveness of messages and coherence of HEOR value propositions to avoid duplications and contradictory outcomes in collaboration with global teams
  • Identify and evaluate HEOR process improvement and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities
  • Maintain literature searches and internal resources of relevant data sources for stakeholders
  • Other incidental duties: Be available to support ad hoc analysis requests from members of the market access team

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 8 years years experience of previous related experience Required or
Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field, 6 years years experience of previous related experience Required and
Experience in health economics Required
Medical education and health economic training background Preferred


Additional Skills:


  • Strong communication and influencing skills, able to work in a matrix environment and to work with governmental officials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required; Ability to speak local language(s) preferred
  • Proven successful project management skills
  • Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point systems
  • Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards as it relates to HEOR
  • Extensive understanding of related aspects of economic modelling
  • Extensive understanding of budget impact, burden of diseases, valuebased health care and outcomebased agreements
  • Extensive understanding of healthcare industry
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to represent leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross functional teams
  • Ability to consult in project setting within specific sections with team members
  • Ability to build good relationships with KOLs and Healthcare related authorities as appropriate
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
