Anforderungsprofil
Für diese Herausforderung erwarten wir eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF oder Fachmann/Fachfrau Langzeitpflege. Von Vorteil ist zudem eine entsprechende Führungsausbildung oder Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse des RAI-RUG-Pflegeeinstufungssystems, gute Informatikanwenderkenntnisse sowie eine vernetzte, betriebswirtschaftliche und kundenorientierte Denkweise mit. Eine hohe Sozialkompetenz rundet Ihr Profil ab.
Aufgaben
Diese interessante Kaderstelle umfasst im Wesentlichen die Sicherstellung eines professionellen Pflegeprozesses sowie die operative Führung von 12 bis 15 Mitarbeitenden. Sie sind für die Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden und die Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards zuständig. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und Hausärzten gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Arbeitsgebiet.
Es erwartet Sie eine vielseitige und herausfordernde Tätigkeit in einem motivierten Team. Der Arbeitsplatz ist attraktiv und mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr gut erreichbar.
