- A ce poste, vous êtes le premier interlocuteur des clients internes des sociétés de la division Composants dans le domaine du Digital Workplace, en mettant l'accent sur les flux de travail et les applications.
- Vous saisissez et analysez les exigences des départements spécialisés, vous identifiez le potentiel d'automatisation et élaborez des concepts de solutions dans l'environnement Digital Workplace.
- Vous développez, implémentez et maintenez des solutions de formulaires et des solutions de workflows basées sur des plateformes low-code telles que MS Power Platform, AgilePoint NX et Nintex.
- Vous traitez les tickets informatiques et assurez le support de deuxième niveau dans le domaine du Digital Workplace, Vous réalisez des formations dans le domaine du Digital Workplace (MS Teams, Jira, Confluence) pour les Power Users des départements spécialisés, principalement des deux sites francophones.
- Vous installez, maintenez et suivez les systèmes et les programmes informatiques de l'environnement Digital Workplace.
- Vous bénéficiez d'une formation dans le domaine informatique (formation en entreprise, ETS, HES, Université).
- Vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances dans les technologies JavaScript, CSOM, REST-API, HTML/CSS, C#/.NET, PowerShell et une expérience avec les plateformes Low-Code (par ex. Nintex, AgilePoint, Microsoft Power Platform) est souhaitable.
- Vous avez un goût prononcé pour le développement et la mise en œuvre de solutions informatiques innovantes.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français. De bonnes connaissances en allemand et en français sont souhaitables.
- Vous vous démarquez par une personnalité communicative et autonome avec un sens prononcé du service.
