Basé à Nyon (Suisse) au sein de notre équipe SAV et sous la responsabilité du Chef de projet SAV, nous recherchons pour un(e) :
SAV Technical Data Administrator (H/F)
Les missions qui vous seront confiées sont les suivantes :
Gestion des données et de l'interfaçage entre l'ERP et l'extranet (ex. réalisation de nomenclatures, gestion d'attributs, mise à jour de matrices, etc.).
Mise en ligne des nouveautés (ex. publication de données techniques, images etc.).
Production de documentation technique en français et anglais.
Gestion des tickets en provenance des utilisateurs du site internet (ex. création et mise à jour des profils clients, etc.).
Gestion de projet de développement dans le cadre du département.
Profil
Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur HES ou formation jugée équivalente.
Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la gestion de données informatiques.
Excellentes connaissances de l'organisation de données techniques et de nomenclatures
Expérience en gestion de back office de site internet.
Maîtrise d'un ERP (Proconcept, SAP...) et d'Excel ainsi que des connaissances Photoshop souhaitées
Français et anglais, courant tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Qualités relationnelles pour travailler en transverse avec d'autres départements.
Personne méthodique, organisée, flexible, force de proposition et capable d'appréhender rapidement des situations complexes.
