    Ihre Aufgaben Die Marktorganisation bedient den Schweizer Markt mit sämtlichen Produkten und Dienstleistungen der METTLER TOLEDO. Für die Business Area "Product Inspection" suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Person als Sales Manager*in Product Inspection 80 – 100% (all genders).
    In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:
    • Sie sind zuständig für die Führung, Förderung sowie für die Weiterentwicklung von fünf Mitarbeitenden im Verkaufs-, Innen- und Aussendienst
    • Sie rapportieren an den Geschäftsführer und tragen entscheidend zur weiteren Entwicklung Ihrer Organisation bei
    • Sie stehen in engem Kontakt mit Entscheidungstragenden auf Kundenseite und erkennen deren Bedürfnisse sowie Veränderungen im Markt und leiten daraus Massnahmen ab
    • Sie identifizieren Business Opportunitäten, definieren Wachstums-Ziele und implementieren entsprechende Initiativen und Massnahmen, um neue Kundinnen und Kunden zu gewinnen und den Marktanteil bei der bestehenden Kundschaft weiter auszubauen
    • Sie führen regelmässige Reviews durch, um die Wirksamkeit der Massnahmen zu prüfen, und leiten wo notwendig Korrekturmassnahmen ein
    • Sie unterstützen Ihr Team im Verkaufsprozess, verantworten Ihr eigenes Verkaufsgebiet und betreuen potenzielle Kundinnen und Kunden durch den gesamten Verkaufsprozess
    • Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Produktions-Organisationen zusammen, um eine effiziente Abwicklung der Projekte sicherzustellen
    Ihr Profil Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:
    • Sie haben einen Master-Abschluss in Engineering/Anlagebau (FH/Uni), idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft
    • Sie verfügen bereits über Führungserfahrung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer internationalen matrixgetriebenen Organisation sowie im Verkauf von beratungs- und erklärungsintensiven Produkten und Anlagen
    • Sie bringen Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie
    • SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse mit Software in der Produktion sind von grossem Vorteil
    • Sie besitzen ein hohes Mass an Belastbarkeit, Eigenmotivation sowie Engagement für Kundinnen und Kunden sowie für Mitarbeitende
    • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
    • Eine Reisebereitschaft von mindestens 50% in der Schweiz wird vorausgesetzt
