As a proven, strategic leader, with a beginner's mindset, the Director position leads a team of Solution Engineers and Technical Architects who are tasked with delivering business and technical solutions to our customers.


You will work closely with Sales VPs to develop industry and account strategy in order to develop a Solution Engineering team best suited to the FinServ and Technology Industries, while also building exec level business and IT relationships with our most strategic customers.


You will be responsible for developing your team, encouraging a growth mindset and openly recognizing success; all aimed at developing a strong collaborative, team-based culture and promoting a world-class employee experience.


You will act as an ambassador of the organization to various internal stakeholders and build meaningful collaboration strategies to enable a team selling environment.

With external customers, you will strive to build relationships with IT, Business executives as well as with the C-Suite.


You should also recognize and appreciate the nuances of managing a combination of Strategic and Mid-Size deals spread across an Industry portfolio and maintaining a high velocity while keeping an eye on the large strategic deals is key.


Desired Skills

  • Prior experience in a Solution Engineering role and a track record in supporting/driving both complex deals, and volume business
  • Prior experience as a Senior Manager/Director role
  • Prior CRM Solution Experience is desired.
  • Fluent German & English isessential
  • Fluent French an advantage
