What you will be doing:

  • Drive ACV within the Enterprise segment employees) by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities, and making our customers successful with Slack.
  • Provide recommendations based on discovery of a customer's business needs
  • Lead multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Slack buying cycle
  • Drive revenue through execution of consistent processes and use of sales tools
  • Balance inbound customer communication and advance appropriately
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas

What you should have:
years of meaningful full-cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS

  • You are ambitious and driven to achieve goals
  • Articulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style
  • You take an active interest in opportunities and deepen customer relationships
  • You have a proven track record of identifying customer needs
  • You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient
  • Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
