- Elaborer et proposer les principes contractuels pour un nouveau type de contracting
- Gérer les relations contractuelles avec toutes les parties prenantes durant le cycle de vie des contractings afin d'assurer une satisfaction client maximale et générer la profitabilité visée par ces activités
- Déterminer le pricing des propositions contractuelles (y.c. structure de prix pour les nouveaux domaines)
- Gérer la préparation et le suivi continu des budgets
- Garantir la profitabilité des investissements et prendre des mesures correctives si nécessaire
- Être titulaire d'une formation dans le domaine de la Technique du bâtiment, de Technicien ou d'Ingénieur
- Expérience prouvée, idéalement dans le secteur de l'énergie
- Excellentes compétences de communication en français
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer efficacement votre temps
- Forte orientation client et excellentes compétences en négociation
- Titulaire du permis de conduire catégorie B
