We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to be part of our Join team at Straumann Villeret SA, the main dental implant system production site of the Straumann Group.

Located in the French speaking part of Switzerland our production sites in Villeret and Corgémont currently employ more than 900 staff.

The Straumann Group is growing, and we are looking for a forward-looking Talent Acquisition Assistant to enable our growth ambitions across our local Manufacturing site in Villeret.

Who we are looking for

Experienced Recruiter who has 12 years of solid experience supporting volume and niche vacancies, in a corporate or agency environment. Experience in carrying requisitions across various functions.
Passionate Sourcer, confidently using data and insights to hunt and engage purple squirrels.
Someone who is passionate about delivering impact, who can connect dots by understanding business needs, advise on market trends and use business consulting skills to drive decision making.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System, processes, and compliance.
Prioritization skills to support the team deliver their daytoday objectives.
Confidence with recruitment technology (ATS, CRM, internal talent data, etc.
Understanding KPIs and data to support analysis of hiring process efficiency and team performance.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
12 years of solid high volume experience in Talent Acquisition (corporate or mix with agency experience) with exposure to full lifecycle recruitment supporting mainly manufacturing functions.
Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
Screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection champion.
Medical Device / Pharma / FMCG experience is desirable.
Agility, problem solver, selfstarter, autonomous, detailed and result oriented, excellent communication and organization skills, client oriented, professional consciousness, not afraid of ambiguity in a high paced environment.
