- Leitung von und Mitarbeit in Roche Healthcare Consulting (RHC) Projekten mit enger Abstimmung der C-Level Auftraggeber der Spital- und Privatlabor Kunden:
- Aufnahme und Analyse von Kundendaten mit dem Ziel, dem Kunden strategische und organisatorische Handlungsfelder aufzuzeigen
- Aufnahme und Analyse von bestehenden Prozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungsketten beim Kunden und die Erarbeitung von Optimierungen mit allen involvierten Akteuren
- Erstellung von Anforderungen und ganzheitlichen Lösungskonzepten (inkl. digitaler Transformation) für das Labor der Zukunft im Umfeld des Kunden, sowie End to End Projektverantwortung
- Kundengerechte Zusammenfassung und Präsentation der Fact Base und ausgearbeiteten Optionen an C-Level Auftraggeber
- Übergabe und Integration von etablierten Consulting Tools & Methoden an andere Fachbereiche
- Aktive Gestaltung, strategische Weiterentwicklung und Vermarktung des RHC Leistungskatalog im Schweizer Markt und Akquise von (produkt-agnostischen) Beratungsmandaten zur Lösung zentraler Business Probleme im Laborumfeld in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales
- Aus- oder Weiterbildung in Informatik, Prozessmanagement ist von Vorteil
- Beratung- und Mandatsleitungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
- Sie sind zielstrebig, autonom und ambitioniert, offen, empathisch und umgänglich mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
- Sie haben ausgeprägte Stakeholder Management Fähigkeiten
- Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch (Französisch ist vorteilhaft)
