Key Responsibilities:
Lead a technical education team, guiding development and delivery of world-class training programs. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Drive continual systematic improvements in training methods and content development, fostering a culture of accountability and development. Establish and maintain transparent communication of performance metrics throughout the business. Assess training needs through direct consultations and data, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives. Guide development of technical training materials and programs, leveraging learning technologies and methodologies. Oversee the execution of training programs. Measure and report on training program effectiveness adjusting as necessary to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to support training initiatives. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and share best practices. In collaboration with regional and global leadership team, influence and execute growth and productivity programs. Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in technical education, adopting new strategies and tools as appropriate.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Business or related field or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical training or education, with at least 3 years in a management role.

Experience with global teams, including remote working and remote management best practices Proven experience as a change agent, with a strong track record of driving transformation in a technical education setting.

Experience with developing and implementing technical training programs. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus. Ability to travel up to 20% within region required.

Job Complexity:
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in solving complex business problems.


Interaction:
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Supervision:
Normally receives little or no instruction on day-to-day work; general instructions on new assignments.
