    Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst und begleitest spannende Technologiestrategie und Transformationsprojekte bei unseren Kunden in unterschiedlichen Branchen
  • Du Arbeitest eng mit Führungskräften im Technologieumfeld zusammen und entwickelst digitale Strategien und wirkungsvolle Geschäftsmodelle
  • Du entwickelst kreative, qualitativ hochstehende Lösungen zu aktuellen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden in den Schwerpunktthemen Technologie-Strategie, -Organisation, -Operating Model, -Assessment und weiteren verwandten Themen
  • Du treibst aktiv die Akquise neuer Projekte und Kunden voran
  • Du bist aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung des Dienstleistungsangebotes für den Bereich Technology Strategy & Transformation Advisory mitverantwortlich
  • Du arbeitest in einem inspirierenden Team in einem internationalen Netzwerk, erhältst regelmässig Feedback von Kollegen und Vorgesetzten und hast Zugang zu erstklassigen Trainings in den Bereichen technisches Know-how und Soft Skills
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Mitarbeiter in der Rolle als Coach und begleitest deine Coachees bei ihrer fachlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung

    • Dein Profil

  • Du hast einen naturwissenschaftlichen und/oder technischen Hintergrund (insbesondere Informatik, Mathematik, Natur- und Ingenieurwissenschaften) oder in Wirtschaftswissenschaft und bringst 6 bis 9 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung und Begleitung von strategischen Technologie- oder Transformationsvorhaben
  • Du bringst vorzugsweise Erfahrung in einem Beratungsunternehmen mit und hast exzellente methodische und fachliche Kompetenzen
  • Du hast ein hohes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge, kombiniert mit lösungsorientiertem und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Du verfügst über ausgewiesene Expertise über die gängigen Methoden und Frameworks (TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe usw.)
  • Du hast ein Interesse für die Weiterentwicklung des Teams und den Ausbau des Dienstleistungsangebots und zeigst Initiative, diese zu gestalten
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in Führung oder im Coaching von Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen mit
  • Du hast ein überzeugendes und Auftreten und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, was dich zu einem/einer kompetenten Gesprächspartner/in für unsere Kunden macht
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, vorzugsweise auch in Französisch
  • Du bist eine engagierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, arbeitest gerne im Team aber auch selbstständig und an wechselnden Einsatzorten
