- Ensure the reliability, scalability and performance of our hybrid platform based on Ceph and Kubernetes technologies
- Design, build and maintain our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Support the onboarding of new projects and provide 24/7 on-call support for production systems
- Expertise in systems engineering (Linux, networking, system security) and Software Development for automation and platform integration (e.g. Python, Java, Go, C++)
- Extensive experience in managing scalable distributed storage and compute systems (e.g. Ceph, Kubernetes, Hadoop)
- Know-how in an environment that follows Infrastructure as a Code pattern (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD)
- Experience in using and adapting IT monitoring and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
- Positive, team-oriented and reliable attitude
- Responsible and pragmatic character
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Very good written and spoken English
