Green Energy Venture, part of the OE-EN Group, is a consulting and service company operating along the renewable energy value chain.

We have been connecting technology and financial markets on three continents for over two decades.

Our fields of expertise are engineering, transaction management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies.

We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects - from their development to grid connection along our core competencies.

Tasks

Manage renewable energy projects and portfolios including PV, Wind, BESS, and Hybrid combinations of those.
Provide strategic and administrative leadership to projects in the development, design, and execution phases.
Review and monitor contractors' progress against schedule, budget, and other key metrics and ensure key project milestones are being achieved and reported.
Assist with technical due diligence in conjunction with other departments' needs as requested.
Actively identify and manage critical path issues and risks to obviate and minimize project impacts at all stages of project maturity.
Provide support and input to Contract tender/bidding efforts and assessments. Liaise and coordinate with internal engineering and external suppliers and contractors to ensure delivery specifications are met.
Provide support in all project phases, and the tender phases, bid clarification, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Facilitate effective feedback to internal and external resources to identify efficiencies and improvements in project quality, reliability, costs, schedule, or other parameters that enhance Company's strategic initiatives.
Providing other technical consultancy services to our clients worldwide.

Requirements:

Completed master's degree, or comparable qualification in the field of engineering, energy technology, and/or energy efficiency
At least +3 years of professional experience in the field of renewable energy systems such as Utility PV-Powerplants (Development, Design, or Execution)
Experience in the field of designing renewable systems and their development processes
Very Good Communication Skills in Englisch and (Swiss)German
Willingness to travel internationally (< 10%)
Wellstructured, organized, and serviceoriented way of working
Quick comprehension and independent working
Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment
Empathic, loyal, and forwardlooking attitude
