    BMS Building Materials Suisse est un grossiste en matériaux de construction pour le gros oeuvre et le second oeuvre. Notre groupe d'entreprises comprend les spécialistes de renom que sont Baubedarf, Richner, Gétaz-Miauton et RegusciReco. Nos spécialistes expérimentés conseillent, soutiennent et inspirent avec beaucoup d'engagement les clients du secteur de la construction et les clients privés sur 110 sites dans toute la Suisse. Proches du quotidien de la construction, nous sommes le partenaire local et fiable pour chaque projet de construction. Rapides, simples et compétents.

    Key Account Manager (f/m/d)


    Missions

    • Développe l'activité du second œuvre à Genève
    • Référencie Gétaz-Miauton auprès des décideurs (promoteurs, investisseurs, architectes,)
    • Développe la stratégie commerciale en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable de la région
    • Développe notre réseau et notre influence sur le marché genevois
    • Est un facilitateur et interlocuteur privilégier pour les maîtres d'ouvrage
    • Organise et participe activement aux événements
    • Effectue les visites clients selon les exigences et standards du Groupe
    • Analyse la situation et les besoins du marché et propose des plans d'actions adaptés
    • Collabore étroitement avec les représentants et les expositions

    Votre Profil

    • Disposer d'un solide réseau dans le domaine de la promotion immobilière (institutionnelle et privée) dans le canton de Genève
    • Être un moteur du changement animé d'un fort esprit entrepreneurial
    • Avoir du leadership, de l'impact et de l'influence
    • Avoir une grande capacité de communication et de négociation
    • Bénéficier d'une expérience réussie dans une activité commerciale similaire (minimum 8 ans)
    • Posséder une formation technique ou commerciale dans le domaine de la construction
    • Connaissances des langues allemand et anglais un atout
    • Être un moteur du changement animé d'un fort esprit entrepreneurial
    • Maîtriser les outils informatiques courants (ERP/Navision un plus)
