In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie diverse Aufgaben im Business/Operations Controlling sowie der Finanzanalyse im Produktions- und Projektumfeld unseres Kunden (Operations/Div. Standorte/BUs). Es handelt sich um eine vielseitige Funktion in einem kollegialen Controlling/Finance Team in welcher Sie die Chance haben das Controlling gemeinsam mit dem Head Controlling/Team aktiv mitzugestalten. Sie analysieren Produktions-, Sales-, Logistik- und Operations-Kosten sowie die generellen Finanzkennzahlen und sind der Sparringpartner für die Geschäftsleitung (Schweiz) sowie Entscheidungsträger an div. Standorten. Sie erarbeiten monatliche Forecasts und definieren KPI zu deren Überwachung. Sie monitoren Herstellkosten, erstellen Reportings (Monat, Quartal, Jahr) für diverse Produktegruppen, Operations als Ganzes etc. und sind aktiv in laufende Projekte zur Kostenreduktion und Prozessoptimierung eingebunden. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (Manufacturing, Sales, SCM, Accounting, Shared Services, Quality Management) koordinieren und überwachen Sie alle Aspekte aus finanzieller Sicht und sind der kompetente Ansprechpartner für die Bereichsverantwortlichen/Line Manager. Unser Kunde bietet Ihnen eine spannende Funktion mit hoher Eigenverantwortung in einem dynamischen, kollegialen Umfeld mit guten internen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.Um diese Herausforderung optimal meistern zu können, bringen Sie eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder in Betriebswirtschaft (Vertiefung Finance/Controlling) mit. Zudem können Sie bereits auf mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position als Controller zurückgreifen, welche Sie in einem ähnlichen Produktionsumfeld-Umfeld, von Vorteil international (z.B. Technische Industrie, Maschinen-/Anlagenbau etc.) mit unterschiedlichsten Sales Standorten gesammelt haben. Praxis im Produktionscontrolling (Herstellkosten, Werkscontrolling) setzen wir als zwingend voraus. Sie kommunizieren sehr gut in Deutsch sowie gut-sehr gut in Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen (z.B. F) sind von Vorteil. Im Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen (v.a. Excel) sind Sie sattelfest und verfügen auch über gute ERP Kenntnisse (SAP CO, idealwerweise auch PP, ggf. MM). Wenn Sie zudem ein zuverlässiger, kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer sind, der sich gerne in einem dynamischen, kollegialen Umfeld eines Marktführenden Unternehmens bewegt, sollten Sie sich baldmöglichst bei uns bewerben.
