About the role:


  • Develop and build a Manufacturing & Laboratory Critical Infrastructure strategic vision for all Takeda manufacturing sites within the scope of Service Chapter Networking and provide direction to sitelevel DD&T (Data, Digital & Technology) Leads and Critical Infrastructure support teams implementing this vision
  • Provide functional direction, leadership, and expertise on mission Critical Infrastructure Service Chapter Networking to OT shop floor services on Takeda's manufacturing & laboratory environments
  • Establish and lead functional Critical Infrastructure Support Teams in scope of network to deliver service to Takeda's manufacturing sites
  • Runs the Critical Infrastructure Service Chapter as a Center of Excellence, and act as accountable Competency & Delivery Center for the GMSGQ (Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Global Quality) Business at manufacturing sites.

How you will contribute:


For Critical Infrastructure Service Chapter of Networking:

  • Lead the Center of Excellence for manufacturing plant network services and act in liaison to delivery organization
  • Oversees and provide input to the service design, build, run incl. service management for Service Chapter Networking in OT Infrastructure sphere
  • Implement and/or refine Manufacturing & Laboratory Critical Infrastructure Services with main scope of plant IT/OT network services
  • Develop, own, and maintain Critical Infrastructure Service roadmap for site IT & OT networks
  • Provide direction to DD&T Site Leads on Critical Infrastructure Services deployments, i.e. transformation to Takeda's standards and harmonized technology stacks
  • Ensure awareness to Critical Infrastructure Management teams of relevant Critical Infrastructure capability activities and/or decisions made at global governance level
  • Translate Takeda's Manufacturing & Quality business demands to Critical Infrastructure standards & pipeline
  • Connect with CIM region or site teams to review on local business project portfolio to assess the impact to Critical Infrastructure Services
  • Supervise, guide, and track capacity
- and service assessments, incl. life cycle management

  • Provide input to budget planning and support the spend tracking
  • Develop the functional Critical Infrastructure Management teams in their required skill profiles
  • Act as escalation point for critical incidents in the domain of plant network services

What you bring to Takeda:


  • Confirmed knowledge of networks, especially in the area of OT production and laboratory environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration with focus manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience required
years' experience in IT incl. Information & Cyber Security

  • Background in IT Service Management and Service Delivery
  • IT/OT experience in providing services to a Manufacturing and/or Laboratory environment, ideally 5 years' experience in OT domain, and knowledge about Industrial Control Systems/Processes
  • Experience running IT projects in a regional and as needed a global environment
  • Experience leading/developing teams working in a manufacturing and/or lab environment
  • Ability to set priorities and handle the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Certifications preferred (such as ITIL, PRINCE, CPPM, CPIoT, CISM and others are welcome).
  • Fluent English
