Was Dich erwartet:

Du hilfst die Fäden in der Hand zu halten und bist der Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitenden im Zürich Office.
Du bist für die Verwaltung von Anfragen zuständig und bietest sowohl vor Ort als auch remote Unterstützung für die Hardware und die internen Systeme (Windows 11, MacOS, Mail, O365). Das beinhaltet die Installation, Wartung und Austausch der Infrastruktur unseres Unternehmens, wie Notebooks, Meeting-Räume und Videokonferenzsysteme sowie andere Peripheriegeräte.
Du lernst Assets und Active Directory zu verwalten und bist auch als Unterstützung des Remote IT-Infrastrukturteams tätig.
Gelegentlich wirst du auch zu anderen ERNI CH-Standorten wie Luzern, Bern und Basel reisen.
Kurz: Dank Deiner Hilfe läuft im IT-Service alles rund und unsere User werden zufrieden sein.

Was Du mitbringst:

Interesse, neue Sachen zu lernen wie wie zum Beispiel Exchange, HW-Verwaltung, Administration – sei es in MS Office 365, Windows 10/11 oder Active Directory.
Du hast Grundkenntnisse von Informatik und Netzwerkverständnis und das Herumexperimentieren mit Computern ist für dich mehr als nur ein Hobby.
Du zeigst Interesse an ITIL Incident, Problem Management und Request Fulfillment.
Du bist offen und kommunikativ und sprichst Deutsch verhandlungssicher sowie Englisch auf B2-Niveau oder höher.
