After 12 months, our current trainees will be leaving Switzerland to start a role at one of Sika's location and we are looking for their replacements

We are looking for trainees, who would like to participate in our International Traineeship Program in the field of materials/mechanical/industrial engineering & chemistry

We offer 12-months traineeship in Switzerland in the field of Marketing Engineering, Product Management and Business Development.

• Participate in challenging activities in the field of our customer groups such as Transportation, Building Components, Wind, Marine, Facade and Fenestration and build up a wide network
• Get ready for a career at Sika in that area, where you can best develop your talents & skills with the support of the Traineeship Mentors
• Learn all about the essential skills and tasks in business development
• After the 12 months traineeship in Switzerland, we offer you a position abroad

• You just finished your master's or bachelor's degree in material/mechanical/civil/industrial engineering, chemistry or a related scientific area
• You are looking for a successful career start
• You have very good English skills
• You have a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
