    IRC RETAIL AREA MANAGER (Ticino Region)


    At Eni , we are looking for a Retail Area Manager (Ticino Region) within Enville Suisse in Lausanne, Switzerland.

    You will be responsible for supervising the commercial management of the service stations in our distribution network, reporting to the Head of Retail Sales.

    As a member of the commercial department at Enville Suisse S.

    A you will be responsible for :

    • Assisting, supervising, advising, and training the managers.
    • Supporting the operators in all commercial aspects (marketing, merchandising, business plan, profitability analysis, competition analysis).
    • Develop fuel, bar, and shop sales in line with defined budgets, strategies and plans and constantly monitor the competition in your area.
    This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :


    • HES or CFC qualification and several years of professional experience in managing business partners.
    • Excellent Italian and French are required, good knowledge of German is a plus.
    • Working independently and comfortable in contacts and negotiations.
    • Analyzing and synthesizing and having a natural authority and sense of leadership.
    • Able to work under pressure and within deadlines.

    Location:
    Working from home, regularly visit the company headquarters in Lausanne and your partners.
