Léa Etter

I am a junior project manager. I am a native French speaker, fluent in both English and German. 

I have been working in different industries and have developped knowledge on IT project, construction projects and industrial manufacturing projects, aside from my main area of expertise which is project management. I am confortable with both agile and traditional methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Prince2) and hav experience working with multidisciplinary teams. My aim for the future is to help develop meaningful project centered around topics scientific or technical projects. 

During my free time I like to sail, read or visit museums. 

I had the opportunity to work in various industrie and overtake different responsabilites each time. I had analytical position while working for industrial companies, overseeing the cost for large scale construction and infrastructure projects. I spent the last year working on IT projects in Lausanne. It enabled my to work with bilingual and technical teams, were problem solving is at the center of my work. I now aspire to work on projects that have a special meaning to me, possibly in the public sector or within institutions. 

I have graduated a bachelor in Business Administration at the University of Strasbourg. While acquiring a knwoledge in areas such as finance, law or IT basics, strongly developed my German speaking skills and enrolled in various in local profit organization. I then decided to enroll for a master in Project Management as I mostly enjoy discovering new topics.
