  • Securities Operations Vault transfer in-/out of assetsSIX contact and coordinator with Securities Execution team in S&CoCustodian / Transfer Agent Management activities
  • Cash & Treasury Operations Manage correspondent banksCheck collectionsManage direct debits setups
  • Investigations with Schroders Corporate Services Horsham (SCS)
  • Client Identifying Data related activities Storage of monthly/quarterly reports with Swiss Stamp Tax for ESTV auditsStorage of daily SWX transaction reporting filesSupport queries on archived team mailboxes and residual shared drives

    • Required profile

  • Broad experience in the various operations areas
  • Service oriented and reliable personality
  • A strong team player able to maintain good working relationship with SCS
  • Flexible and able to cope with a changing environment
  • Motivated to shape this position due to new requirements
  • Strong English language skills
