We are seeking a highly capable generalist who is keen to tackle a wide range of tasks to make a significant impact on our HR processes and overall organizational efficiency.


In this role, you will maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with policies and processes, recruit talent to our rapidly growing organization, and promote effective communication within the team.

Your attention to detail, familiarity with HR functions, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential to this role.

You will also play an important role in shaping our external communications to build market awareness and attract top talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Human Resources
  • Maintain digital personnel records
  • Gather payroll data
  • Publish job ads and work closely with managers to facilitate the recruiting and hiring process
  • Create and distribute guidelines and processes in line with company policies; effectively communicate updates and changes to employees
  • Develop training and onboarding material
  • Respond to employee questions about policies, benefits, hiring, and on/offboarding
  • Assist managers with employeerelated issues
  • Workplace Management
  • Maintain and manage digital mailbox
  • Serve as the primary contact for workplace suppliers, including the landlord, IT and cleaning services, and architect/maintenance personnel
  • Support office space planning, design, and expansion

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant professional work experience as an HR generalist, HR administrative assistant, or office manager with HR responsibilities. Experience in a quickly scaling startup or technology company is an advantage.
  • Experience and comfort working with a variety of office software.
  • Getting things done in an organized, friendly, and professional way.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving with a creative mindset.
  • Confidence to suggest improvement opportunities, and initiative to implement them independently.
  • Excellent work prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Full business proficiency in German (incl. Swiss German) and English.
  • Willingness to work at least three days per week (on average) in the office.

ABOUT UNISERS


UNISERS AG is a young start-up from ETH Zurich with a revolutionary technology to tackle the biggest challenge in the semiconductor industry: namely, contamination control.

Our patented products have been validated to tremendously help the whole semiconductor supply chain (components, materials, wafers, equipment and chip fabs) with quality control by finding and identifying otherwise undetected or unknown contamination.

Therefore, we will help chip makers reduce the amount of wasted chips (often more than 50%), increasing their profit substantially and at the same time contributing to less waste and CO2 emissions.

Having closed a $14M seed investment round led by Intel Capital, we are scaling up our team to bring our unique technology to industry as fast as possible.

We are located in Zurich with our own rapid-prototyping workshop, a clean room, laboratories and office space.

This year, we will expand within our Baslerpark office to meet the needs of our growing team and product portfolio.
