Then this is a job for you: We are looking for a HR Transformation Director to further develop our client base and help organizations to redefine the way their HR function operates.

Your contribution to KPMG*:


  • Support CHROs with insights into the future of work and HR trends to support this evolution
  • Design and delivery of strategies and solutions to improve processes, systems, and organizational setup of HR functions to meet business objectives
  • Produce and propose solutions to improve the organization of various HR teams
  • Support our clients in improving the efficiency and quality of their shared services, the strategic partnership of their HRBPs and the innovation of the CoEs
  • Lead the streamlining and simplification of HR processes (including onboarding, hiretoretire and talent management etc)
  • Support clients in reviewing their HR technology landscape and providing insights on market leading solutions across the HR value chain
  • Collaborate and steer crossfunctional projects, working together to deliver broader value to your clients
  • Scout and develop the market for new opportunities
  • Establish further KPMG's relationship to new and existing clients
  • Support proposals for the acquisition of new engagements with national and international clients

This is what makes you successful*:

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
  • Total 810 years of professional experience in a HR Transformation, HR Operations or HR Generalist position and experience within a Management Consulting firm. Experience within Consulting is necessary
  • Deep understanding of HR Transformation projects, including reorganizations within the HR function, HR Process optimization, HCM implementation projects, implementation of a HR shared service center or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are necessary, French a plus
  • Able to deliver highquality services under tight deadlines; very good communication and analytical skills
