- In dieser Position planen und realisieren Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung für strategischen Einkauf Offshoring-Projekte;
- Sie überwachen die Umsetzung der Offshoring-Projekte und gewährleisten die Erreichung der Ziele sowie eine firstgerechte Umsetzung der Projekte (um die Ziele zu erreichen und die fristgerechte Umsetzung der Projekte zu gewährleisten);
- Sie analysieren und bewerten kritische Lieferketten;
- Sie kümmern sich um die Entwicklung neuer Lieferanten im Rahmen der Global Sourcing-Strategie (BCC Best Cost Country Sourcing);
- Sie verfolgen und bearbeiten die verschiedenen Massnahmen, die aufgrund von Auditabweichungen ergriffen wurden;
- Sie sind die zentrale Kontaktperson für die Auswahl, Validierung und Bewertung von Lieferanten;
- Sie bauen strategisch wichtige Lieferanten auf und stellen die Lieferfähigkeit in Bezug auf Qualität und Zeit sicher;
- Sie analysieren Fehler und leiten Korrekturmassnahmen ein.
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreiche Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen im Bereich Maschinenbau oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation;
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager/in und haben Kenntnisse im Bereich Audit (Audit-Ausbildung VDA 6.3). Fundierte Kenntnisse des APQP und seiner Komponenten (FMEA, MSA, PAPP, ...) sind ebenfalls erforderlich;
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in MS-Office;
- Sie beherrschen die englische Sprache perfekt und haben gute Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse;
- Sie zeichnen sich durch analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken aus, ergreifen die Initiative und sind durchsetzungsfähig, sind bereit, für die Arbeit zu reisen.
