    [What the role is]
    SURVEYOR, BIM MODELLER

    [What we are looking for]

    You will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models (mesh model or BIM model) based on scanned point cloud data and images, contributing to our various rail and road projects.

    These includes


    • Utilize point cloud data to create 3D models of structures, environments, or objects
    • Process and analyze point cloud data to extract relevant information for model creation.
    • Collaborate with project teams to understand modeling requirements and deliver high-quality models within specified timelines.
    • Using software tools for processing and modeling point cloud data (e.g., Autodesk ReCap, CloudCompare, or similar).
    • 3D modeling principles and techniques
    • Working with point cloud data from various sources such as LiDAR, photogrammetry, or laser scanning.
    • Interpret and work with complex data sets to generate accurate 3D models
    [What we are looking for]


    • Tertiary qualifications in any discipline, preferably in Geomatics, Surveying, Engineering or Computer Science
    • Previous experience in creating 3D models from point cloud data in a professional or academic setting would be advantageous
    • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and requirements related to 3D modeling and point cloud data
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with project teams and stakeholders
    • Candidates without experience but display aptitude may be considered
