    Tasks

    Responsibilities

    • Drawing and issuing of offers contracts
    • Checking contracts according to sales/purchase confirmations
    • Regular updates, including monitoring of deadlines
    • Liaising with trade finance banks regarding Letters of Credits; rates / line capacity / discounting rates
    • Issuing of L/C's and bank guarantees
    • Presenting documents under L/C's and/or documentary collections
    • Risk Management
    • Vessel / Surveyor nominations
    • Overviewing and daily updating of loading / discharging operation
    • Checking daily quality reports
    • Finalizing claims including laytime calculations with customers
    • Team leading if interested in

    Requirements

    Requirements

    • 8-10yrs.+ years of experience in an international environment in traffic/logistics
    • Sound knowledge of L/C's and incoterms
    • Good customer / agent and colleague relations
    • Ability to work under pressure, to know how to prioritize and to be aware of the importance and urgency of keeping within given deadlines
    • Flexibility & motivation
    • Analytical and methodical skills
    • Ability to take initiative, and to adapt to rapidly changing business environments
