- Vom Requirements Engineering, Konzept, Inbetriebnahme, Verifikation bis zur Serienproduktion entwickelst du komplexe Elektronik für Batterie betriebene Vermessungsinstrumente
- Anspruchsvolle Schaltungs-Designs unter Verwendung von ECAD und Simulations-Tools
- Design und Implementation von Embedded Sensor Software in C/C++ für Peripherie-MCUs oder Applikations-Prozessoren (Power Management, HMI, IMU, Kameramodule, etc.)
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung in der Rolle als Fachprojektleiter:
- Koordinierst und vertrittst die Fachgruppe im Core-Team
- Ermöglichst die interdisziplinäre Erarbeitung von Lösungen
- Kommunizierst effektiv mit Teammitgliedern und Stakeholdern
- Spezifizieren von Zubehör (z.B. Batterien, Ladegeräte, Kabel, etc.) für externe Entwicklungspartner
- Je nach Spezialisierung gestaltest du als Teil einer Gatekeeper- oder Expertengruppe die Technologie-Roadmap mit und führst Technologieprojekte durch
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni) in Elektronik / Elektrotechnik oder ähnliche Richtung und hast allenfalls auch einen Master absolviert
- Du hast mindestens 10 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Elektronik Designs mit Embedded Software Entwicklung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich SI/PI Simulation sowie Wärme-Management von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in Innovationsprojekten in der Rolle als Fachprojektleiter mit breitem Systemverständnis
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Entwicklungs-Partnern
- Vernetztes und ausgesprochen unternehmerisches Denken
- Positives Mindset mit sehr selbständiger Arbeitsweise
- Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sind für diese Position Voraussetzung
