Job description:

The head of quality is responsible for defining and implementing the department's strategy

The main responsibilities are:

Leading a team of 3 people
Conveying the quality vision to other departments.
Ensuring that the products meet the quality, regulatory and environmental requirements of the company and the Swatch Group
Setting up and monitoring risk analyses within the framework of new projects
Setting up and supervising the quality control process
Managing continuous improvement in relation to nonconformities and consumer feedback
Drawing up the audit strategy to control the quality level according to the brand's standards
Defining the certifications and labels necessary for the quality of the production system and the products
Reporting on quality performance

Profile:

Professional requirements and profile

Engineering degree (microtechnology or electronics) or equivalent with Quality training (TQIII or equivalent)
Experience in the Quality field (Quality Manager) and in leading projects and work teams
Good knowledge of Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), knowledge of databases desirable
Understanding environmental science and rules

Professional requirements:

In addition to the above, you are pragmatic and organized. Furthermore, you are capable of gaining stakeholders' engagement. You are a leader, capable to take decision and to motivate your team. You are able to align and foster cooperation among diverse departments and functions. You have a long-term vision, and you want to develop practices that align Swatch's vision and mission.

Languages:

You are fluent in English and French. German would be a plus. Any other languages are an advantage.
