**Position Summary

As a
Vendor Performance Manager , you will create competitive advantages and business value to the group by benchmarking and sourcing innovation opportunities from external providers.

Lead strategic review of current Vendor delivery model and performance and ensure successful contract delivery in line with
IBS targets.

**A Day in the Life of a Vendor Performance Manager

Develop
IBS outsourcing strategy with procurement for current and future 3rd party partner vendors
Align with Procurement on the contract structure & design to align with
IBS outsourcing strategy
Create competitive advantage by sourcing innovation opportunities
Lead strategic review of current Vendor Delivery Model & holistic delivery performance versus overall
IBS priorities
Ensure contractual compliance and performance management of Vendor contracts: Manage the vendor according to the provisions and responsibilities outlined in the contract and statement of work
Ensure Vendor engagement and accountability for successful operational service delivery: Alignment with vendors on performance management governance, approach and improvement targets (SLA's, NPS, OMP) as well as operation design,
Work closely with Service Expansion lead on development and launch of new services
Work Liaise closely with Interoperability and Network optimization Lead on strategic footprint planning for NBS centers versus Outsourced vendors

**What will make you successful

Solid knowledge of shared service industry, with established relationship with key vendors in the industry
Exposure to IT industry is an advantage
Experience in service agreement negotiations and can link with Procurement function
Program Management Experience preferably in Service Transitioning
Pragmatism and ability to connect the dots
Internal and external stakeholder management skills
Structured Problem Solving skills
Continuous improvement mindset
