Position Summary
As a

Global Brand Manager KitKat you are responsible for the execution of the KitKat brand development strategy for the platforms and growths drivers you will be in charge of. In this role you will lead the KitKat development into new formats and new geographies and take the brand into other food categories. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and business performance. You will be expected to contribute to the overall brand planning and setting a path to continuing its current strong growth.

A Day in the Life of a Global Brand Manager KitKat

  • Analyze and understand the brand and segment business performance, competitive scene, category growth drivers to develop segment growth plans.
  • Deep dive in consumer understanding, consumer trends for the segment and develop the segment Global Business Strategy in line with brand strategies and plans.
  • Work closely with PTC on developing a global New Product Development pipeline.
  • Lead global driver teams constituted from markets and cross functional stakeholders for the development of global projects
  • With the support of CMI, develop solid Global /Zones Consumer Experience Frameworks.
  • In collaboration with the brand communication lead, develop Communication strategy for his/her segment, monitor brand health and support content building for strategic territories.
  • Ensure the brand visual identity and other brand articulation are compliant with brand visual properties and guidelines
  • Follow up the deployment of all Global projects. Act as guardian and enabler of the brand.
  • Consolidate & share best practices to outperform competition practices.

What will make you successful

  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 to 6 years of experience in planning and leading Marketing/Innovation/ Communication streams is a must.
  • Experience in product Innovation, Research/ data briefing and analysis
  • Experience in brand building and communication combined with a passion for brands
  • Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus
  • Experience in nutrition, food trends, sustainability practices is a plus
  • Strategic thinking, Analytical skills, numerical reasoning, and conceptual ability
  • Strong forward thinking with track record of successful project management and entrepreneurial approach
