Position Summary

As the
Food Sustainability Project Manager, you will take an active role in sustainability at Nestlé, by supporting the development and operationalization of our Food business sustainability strategy.

A Day in the Life of a Food Sustainability Project Manager

Support development of global sustainability strategy and roadmap by identifying and shaping global priorities across our Food categories and leading billionaire brands
Lead the consolidation & monitoring of the contribution of the Food business to the Nestlé Group ESG Roadmap
Support operationalization & communication of the Sustainability roadmaps with the brands team, Regions & markets
Own and oversee the management on various sustainability strategic projects, with facilitation of working groups composed of Marketing, R&D, Operations, Digital functions
Nurture the Food community on sustainability topic to continuously raise awareness & understanding through trainings, events and postings

What will make you successful

University degree or equivalent
Experience in Strategic Marketing, Strategic Consulting and/or Strategic Endtoend Project Management
Experience in an international environment
Previous experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods & Sustainability is an advantage
Strong understanding of Financial modeling
Very strong analytical skills
Ability and credibility to deal with people at a senior level in the organization
Fluent in English
