    Job description

    As an Office Assistant you will be in charge of supporting the local Office Manager in the following areas and activities within our office environment :

    • Ensure we offer a welcoming experience to our employees, clients, and visitors.
    • Keep track of visitor's information
    • Support H&R and Office Management in the onboarding and offboarding
    • Help the Office Manager on the planning and execution of onsite and offsite
    • Keep proper maintenance of the office
    • Manage stock of office supplies
    • Create and delete accesses rights to the
    • Organize mail delivery and shipments of documents and
    • Archiving of corporate documents
    • Collaborate in the different green office initiatives running at the

    Your profile:

    • Fluent in Local language and English
    • Great Customer service skills
    • Interest in Office & Facilities management areas
    • Desiring to work in a dynamic and international environment
