- Personelle Führung des Betriebes mit den Bereichen Transport-, Lagerlogistik und Administration
- Nachhaltige Pflege der Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden sowie erfolgreiche Akquise von neuen Kunden im B2B-Umfeld
- Förderung und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter
- Permanente Überprüfung der Abläufe und Prozesse sowie Erarbeiten und Umsetzen von geeigneten Optimierungs- und Weiterentwicklungsmassnahmen
- Lancierung und Leitung von innovativen Projekten zur Effizienzsteigerung (Automatisierung/Digitalisierung)
- Studium in Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Weiterbildung in Unternehmensführung oder adäquat
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Leistungsausweis, vorzugsweise als Geschäftsführer oder in ähnlicher Rolle
- Starkes unternehmerisches Denken und strategische Planungsfähigkeiten
- Nachweislich erfolgreiche, umfassende Führungserfahrung über mehrere Logistik-Bereiche inkl. Flottenmanagement
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Hohe IT-Affinität mit guten ERP- und LVS-Kenntnissen
- Hohe Kundenorientierung mit guten Kenntnissen des Logistikmarkt Schweiz und einem guten Gespür für Marktentwicklungen
- Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch mit guten Französischkenntnissen (B1). Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
