    Omnichannel Capability Specialist – Johnson & Johnson Zuchwill, Switzerland

    JnJ Medical Devices EMEA is recruiting for an Omnichannel Capability Specialist in Switzerland.

    As an Omnichannel Capability Specialist, you will be part of our EMEA Medical Devices Digital Operations Team and lead initiatives to design, implement and deploy Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Regional Approved AI Translation process, 121 Email (direct email) & Social Media solutions across EMEA. By collaborating with our global, regional, and local Business and Technology partners, our Team provide digital capabilities and solutions for franchises and markets to engage in a seamless way with the right customer, at the right time, using the most appropriate channel to deliver the right message.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Omnichannel Capability Specialist your key responsibility is to collaborate with marketing, vendors, and technology teams to shape, deploy and deliver solutions across EMEA markets and franchises allowing a seamless, personalized customer engagement, contributing to a better access to information, higher customer satisfaction and positive impact on business outcome. While mostly focused on delivery, you will be involved across the entire project lifecycle, including design thinking and capturing business needs. An integral part of your role will be working with clients to further develop their digital marketing expertise through technologies like Marketing Cloud, 121 email, J&J Approved Translations services and approved social media platforms. You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise clients in line with Digital Marketing best practice and its growing number of capabilities to ultimately develop best in class use of omnichannel marketing solutions across EMEA markets to improve omnichannel customer engagement and support business development.

    Position duties and responsibilities

    You will provide expertise to deliver best in class solutions to our regional and local business stakeholders.

    • Deploy and continue to evolve the TransPerfect translation service to ensure it continues to deliver value and meets the needs of our omnichannel deployments and delivers cost savings and adherence to quality compliance SOP's.
    • Integrate into customer's (franchise's) business environment to understand their go to market strategy, business needs and opportunities to leverage SFMC, 121 email, social media solutions while building positive professional relationships with clients and associates.
    • Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels. Lead engagement planning, budgeting, and business development initiatives

    • Develop and drive solutions development with our Technology partners, while ensuring new capabilities fit into omnichannel ecosystem, following a SAFe methodology through the entire project lifecycle. Starting with design thinking, solution configuration, data migration until implementation to business and markets, communication, users adoption/training and supporting pilot's campaigns.
    • Close collaborate with external Vendors, agencies, Technology and Business partners as well as different internal stakeholders like Marketing, Communication, Regulatory, Privacy and others.
    • Responsible for providing solutions and processes for business stakeholders to plan, build and execute Omnichannel campaigns using Marketing Cloud modules: Design and implement, for automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and advise clients on how to optimize further.
    • Drive best practices sharing and education across EMEA and local markets Stakeholders on Digital marketing activities and automation using all the elements of the effective influencing model to drive efficient and effective adoption of capabilities across the entire region
    • Integrated Digital Marketing: actively interact and connect with all partners over all digital channels and digital marketing capabilities for the sake of a consistent customer experience.

    Compliance and privacy

    Quality management, compliance: Deal with internal processes, regulations, quality standards, documentation. Understand the different requirements of Regulatory, Compliance and Validation to be covered in the US and outside the US as well as design workflow and quality processes accordingly to balance risk, management and efficiency. Be familiar with the copy approval processes and can design slim but safe processes accordingly

    Privacy: Master GDPR regulation, its requirements when managing personal data and targeted digital marketing activities across EU but also non-EU markets. Partner with EMEA and local privacy officers to understand the evolution of regulations and anticipate impact on SFMC, technology and data management.

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor or Master Business Administration (FH or University) or equivalent business experience

    Experience and Skills

    Required:

    • Proven experience executing a regional translation strategy & capability.
    • Demonstrated skills in defining and enhancing the TransPerfect capability by improving processes, building strong connections with key stakeholders and deploying a scalable Translation service that delivers value to the countries and streamlines the overall local content approval process by reducing costs and internal resources.
    • Experience leading full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions marketing ecosystem technologies.
    • Knowledge of the "product owner role" and leading projects adhering to either Waterfall or Agile/SAFe project management frameworks (preferrable experience).
    • Experience collaborating with local marketing teams understanding their current capabilities status, requirements & opportunities and creating a process to capture the status, future opportunities to be shared with senior leaders.
    • Strong data and reporting skills with an understanding of database management systems and processes.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics.
    • Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder, Einstein Engagement (nice to have)
    • 1-2 years proven experience in collaborating with local markets and deploying campaign content in line with our regional guidelines and initiatives (MDR, New Translation guidelines, Copy Approval SOP)
    • Basic experience and knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email technologies and how these current technologies are deployed to support marketing campaigns.
    • 1-2 years proven experience in collaborating and deploying new channels/capabilities into local markets ensuring adherence to regional roadmaps and local requirements.
    • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, whilst being self-motivated. Also, a good problem solver, working through issues with a proactive mindset and identifying multiply solutions, listing the risks and rewards and your recommend resolution
    • Good understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies, framework and channels ecosystems and technologies.
    • Basic understanding of J&J social media policies, governance, processes & technologies (not essential)
    • Be an influencer. Strong communicator, great presentation skills and capability to engage an audience and inspire change through Leadership presentations, user trainings, best practice & success sharing
    • Experience working with J&J Salesforce CRM J& Teams & Communities
    • Proven experience working with external stakeholders and showing strong influencing skills that lead to success outcomes across the organisation.
    • Be innovative, solution oriented and pragmatic in decision taking whilst working in a cross functional team, part of a global organization. Great affinity and understanding of marketing, product management and sales strategies.
