Dein Aufgabenbereich- Verkaufen von Neuanlagen durch aktive Marktbearbeitung im Aussendienst- Persönliche Betreuung und technische Beratung unserer bestehenden Kunden- Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit- Gewinnung neuer Kundenkontakte durch Kaltaquise- Bearbeiten / kalkulieren und Übergabe der Offertanfragen und Ausschreibungen- Selbständige Führung von Angebots;
- und Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum Abschluss

Enge Koordination / Zusammenarbeit mit der Montageabteilung und dem Zeichnungsbüro
Teilnahme bei den Übergaben an die Kundschaft
Teilnahme an Kundenevents, aufzeigen der Otis Lösungen und Dienstleistungen Überwachung und Unterstützung der Finanzbuchhaltung bei offenen Debitoren

Das bringst du mit- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf technischer Produkte, vorzugsweise im Bausektor- Kaufmännischer oder technischer Berufsabschluss- Hohes technisches Verständnis und Interesse neues kennen zu lernen- Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick, inkl.

Abschlussstärke- Anpassungsfähig, belastbar, verantwortungsbewusst und ergebnisorientiert- Gültiger Fahrausweis- Bereitschaft für Reisetätigkeiten im Verkaufsgebiet
