Your Role

As the Industry Manager for the Acoustic sector, you will oversee a dynamic product portfolio, ensuring compelling value propositions and effective marketing strategies. You are pivotal in executing the industry's strategic direction and achieving financial and growth objectives. Leading Industry circles, your goal is to maximize business outcomes.

Your Tasks

Strategize and implement industry-specific goals based on market trends and competitor analysis.

Curate and manage the product portfolio, including market surveillance and communication.

Oversee product offerings and lifecycle, ensuring the introduction of new products.

Develop and execute communication strategies for product launches.

Facilitate training and knowledge sharing to build a global professional community.

Drive revenue growth and manage contribution margins, including development and marketing costs.

Lead and motivate industry-associated teams, setting and achieving annual objectives.

Offer guidance and development opportunities to direct reports, ensuring efficient task delegation.

Your Qualifications

Experience in managing industrial B2B businesses, with broad industry knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Creativity, innovation, and strong decision-making capabilities, with excellent conflict resolution skills.

Proven ability to work in international, cross-functional teams and to network extensively.

Goal-oriented with leadership qualities, subtle assertiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with additional qualifications in Business Administration/Marketing. Acoustic field experience is a plus.
