Zu diesem Zweck nutzt das Unternehmen die Energiewende, indem es seine Handels- und Marketingkapazitäten sowie seine Produktions-, Vertriebs- und Retailinfrastruktur einsetzt, um Chancen auf dem Markt für erneuerbare Energien zu nutzen, wobei der geografische Schwerpunkt auf Belgien, Frankreich, Deutschland, den Niederlanden und der Schweiz liegt. Mit einer Raffineriekapazität von . bbl/Tag und einer gesamten Tanklagerkapazität von fast 2,5 Mio. m3 verfügen wir über eine solide Anlagenbasis in unseren Märkten.

VARO konzentriert sich auf die Umgestaltung seines Portfolios, um die Ziele der Energiewende widerzuspiegeln. Dazu gehören Dekarbonisierungsinitiativen, Wasserstoff-projekte, E-Mobilitätslösungen, Biomethan & Bio-LNG.

Die Position

Ihr Kunden- und Vertragsportfolio wird zu Beginn im Wesentlichen auf Spot- und Termverträge mit Grossabnehmern im Mineralölhandel ausgerichtet sein. Im Einklang mit unserer Strategie und der Umgestaltung unseres Portfolios wird sich das Aufgabengebiet unseres Verkaufsteams auf Energielösungen in der Energiewende ausweiten. Das geographische Betreuungsgebiet konzentriert sich auf die gesamte Schweiz.

In dieser Position erwartet Sie ein interessantes und umfangreiches Aufgabenspektrum.

Sie

•sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden

•zeichnen verantwortlich für den Vertrieb unserer Hauptprodukte (Diesel, Benzin, Heizöl)

•pflegen und entwickeln unsere Kundenbasis im Grosshandels-Segment

•gewinnen neue Kunden für unser Unternehmen

•pflegen unsere Kundenbeziehungen durch engen Kontakt und regelmäßige Besuche vor Ort sowie auf Branchenveranstaltungen

•gewinnen einen stets aktuellen Überblick über Trends und Entwicklungen am Markt und spiegeln diese Informationen in unsere Organisation

•Führen permanente Analysen von Mengen und Marktentwicklungen.

Ihr Profil

•mindestens 3 Jahre Verkaufserfahrung als Account Manager, idealerweise im Eenergiemarkt

•Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit, verbindlich, freundlich und klar zu kommunizieren

•Sie sind eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit, lieben den Kundenkontakt und verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Verhandlungsführung und -Taktik, die Sie mit einem integren, souveränen Auftreten verbindens

über

•die Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem, organisiertem und diszipliniertem Arbeiten sowie Stressresistenz in einem variierenden Marktumfeld

•Eigeninitiative und proaktive Übernahme von Verantwortung

•eine gute Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken und Interesse zur weiteren Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse

•sehr gute Französisch, Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• gute Kenntnisse in EDV Anwendungen (MS Office, ERP Systeme etc.)
