Job Description:


Essential responsibilities

  • Business partnering to MET Holding managers in all HR issues, advising them on swiss labor regulations
  • Onboarding of new employees including offers and labor agreements
  • Providing a broad spectrum of HR administration tasks (work permit requests, social security registration, pension plan coordination, sickness declaration, personal files maintenance, family allowances etc.)
  • Coordinate the monthly payroll data transfer: collect the necessary documents, ensure their accuracy and liaise with the external payroll provider
  • Manage internal HR database, eHRM, upload and update data and personal files
  • Career and performance management
  • Acts as a local partner with university engagement, managing internship program
  • Prepare various reports and statistics for Swiss entities
  • Manage reference letters
  • Daytoday administrative support to Group HRD
  • Provide support to employees with respect to administrative HR questions/issues

Qualifications:


Requirements:


  • 35 years' experience in an HR Business Partnering role
  • Indepth knowledge in the field of Swiss labor law and regulations is a must
  • HR Fachfrau qualification would be highly appreciated
  • Fluent English and German
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)
  • Accuracy
  • Detailoriented, comfortable with data
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
