    As a good communicator, great multitasker and at ease in a tech environment, you will play a key role in handling administrative tasks to support the CEO and other key persons of the company ensuring a seamlessly coordination.

    Support to the


    CEO:

    Maintain the CEO's calendar (meetings, appointments), keeping him advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up and organizing travel arrangements.

    Proofread and correct communications and documents in English, in French and ideally German.
    Perform a wide variety of administrative and support tasks.

    Ensure proper document management, including via the software used to run the meeting (Convene)
    Fluent in English and French. German a very strong asset.
    Excellent writing, proofreading and editing and skills (mandatory in English).
    Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

    Bachelor's degree preferred.
    ~10 years' prior experience in an administrative function and min. 3 to 5 years in supporting a senior executive.
    ~ Prior experience in the tech or banking / financial services industry a strong asset.
