Executive Assistant - EN/FR**
Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant to join a leading financial institution in Geneva.
This role will provide one to one support to the deputy CEO and will initially be based on a fixed term of 6 months with the potential to be extended.
Main responsibilities
- Organising the deputy CEO schedules and maintaining a complex diary
- Arranging a busy travel and accommodation itinerary across Europe and further time zones
- Coordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for producing agendas, reports and required documentation for meetings
- Managing external relationships and service providers
- Manage ad hoc administrative projects and reporting as required
Your skills:
- Experienced Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years within a global or fast paced organisation.
- Confident and exceptional communication skills and able to deal with Senior leaders
- Excellent command of both English and French languages demonstrated through good verbal and written communication.
- Able to work in a professional, discreet and accurate manner at all times.
For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals or professionals possessing a valid EU passport or an existing Swiss permit.
