Audit Manager
Are you looking for a challenge in an interesting Auditor role within an insurance company?

Responsabilities:

Lead the execution of a portfolio of audit engagements in the Property and Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance business in Switzerland, with the support of the Senior Audit Manager, to ensure the safety of our business.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team spirit while overseeing the quality of outcomes. Guide, coach, and supervise the work of your team throughout the audit engagement.
Influence the business by agreeing on actions and delivering the final audit report, with the support of the Senior Audit Manager when needed.
Contribute to the Group Audit global team by sharing your technical knowledge and actively engaging in our continuous training program.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Audit.
Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, internal control frameworks, and audit testing.
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
Good understanding of the audit methodology required to deliver excellent audit outcomes, including the use of data analytics, and the skills and competencies needed to provide quality, impactful, and insightful audit reports.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to organize teams, prioritize tasks, and guide and coach the team to deliver highquality work on time.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
